The total investment in a Lone Star Wings franchise will vary between $150,000 and $220,000. This includes all franchise fees, architectural fees, FF&E, inventory, and operating capital.

2. What is the franchise fee?

The initial franchise fee is $20,000 for the first store and declines with each subsequent store.

The royalty fee is 4% of gross sales.

4. What are the advertising and marketing fees?

Currently, there is no advertising or marketing fee. Lone Star Wings retains the right to begin an advertising fund in the future if we determine it to be beneficial to the franchise community. The fees will be comparative to industry averages in like businesses.

5. What types of franchises are available?

Individual franchise opportunities are available as well as multi-unit development agreements.

6. What are the cash requirements?

This will depend upon your overall financial strength. Each store will require between $150,000 and $220,000. Most lenders require 25-30% of the total project cost as a down payment.

7. Does Lone Star Wings provide financing?

No, Lone Star Wings does not provide financing or guarantee that you will be able to obtain financing. Lone Star Wings participates with the government SBA program and has a third-party lender with whom we work closely.

8. Will I have to operate my franchise?

While we do not require you to operate your franchise, it is strongly encouraged. Each franchisee is required to attend the training classes in Dallas, TX. If you choose not to run the day to day operations, you must appoint a General Manager of the store. The General Manager must be approved by Lone Star Wings.

9. Who selects my site?

You will select your site, but Lone Star Wings must approve the location.

10. Do I need previous restaurant experience?

No, our training classes will provide you with all the information and hands-on experience needed to operate a Lone Star Wings franchise successfully and with confidence.

11. Can I sell my Lone Star Wings franchise?

As in any other business, your Lone Star Wings franchise may be sold. Lone Star Wings must approve the buyer.

12. What type of return on my investment should I expect?

Since results vary from store to store, we cannot estimate the financial results of any franchise. We encourage our prospective franchisees to conduct significant due diligence during the assessment process and contact current franchisees with any questions they may have.
