The selection of an ideal site for your Lone Star Wings is a critical step. Not every location is right for a Lone Star Wings. Once you have selected an approved area, we can provide you with the most current information on any location. This information will include demographic data detailing population density, ethnicity, income levels, and much more. Once you have selected a site, we will visit the area for a site evaluation.

Lease Negotiations

Lone Star Wings works with a commercial real estate broker that has over twenty years experience. The company is based in Dallas, TX, but works daily with multiple national franchises across the United States. If you choose to work with our commercial broker, they can handle the lease negotiations with the landlord and help you to better understand the leasing process. There is no charge for this service.

Store Design

Lone Star Wings will assist you in the layout of your store. Our concept is very adaptable to varying location conditions. We will work with the architect of your choice, or you may work with one we have trained. For your benefit, we have negotiated a fee schedule for architectural services that are well below industry standards.

Training

Lone Star Wings training program takes place at our company store in Dallas, TX. It is a comprehensive, fun, hands-on training program. You will be instructed in every facet of owning and operating a Lone Star Wings franchise. We will show you how to efficiently operate your store using a variety of management, administrative, and marketing tools. During your opening, you will have a member of the Lone Star Wings corporate team present to ensure a smooth opening.

Marketing

Lone Star Wings will assist you in local store marketing for your area. We can provide uniforms, training materials, signs, and other promotional items to franchisees. We also provide guidelines for the usage of our trademarks.

Operational Support

As a franchisee, you will never be alone. Our team will offer support from the initial development through your store opening and beyond. Your success means our success. We will routinely visit your restaurant to help you keep your business operating as smoothly and profitable as possible.

Requirements and Investment Profile

Lone Star Wings is looking for franchise candidates who are self-driven to succeed. Restaurant experience is not necessary. Our training program will show you how to be a hands-on operator. We will give you the tools needed to develop and maintain a thriving business.

Individual franchise opportunities are available as well as multi-unit development agreements. The estimated initial investment will range from $150,000 to $220,000. This includes everything you will need to get open. The franchise fee of $20,000 is included in that amount. This fee will decline with subsequent stores. There is an additional on going royalty fee of 4% of gross sales. Third party financing is available. Most lenders require 25-30% of the total project cost as a down payment.
